HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

  • Orders can take 5-10 business days to ship.

  • Orders are made on demand for you in your size and design preference as they are placed. Typically, orders take about a week to create *after the items arrive at our fulfillment center* and are shipped via Fedex. Once you have your tracking information, you should expect to see your delivery in about 3 business days. We try our hardest to get your order out as soon as we can!

RETURNS

At Dear NICU Mama, many of our items are created on-demand and in small batches. As a small nonprofit organization, this allows us to steward our resources wisely while continuing to serve NICU families across the country. We appreciate your understanding and support of these practices.

"Right On Time" Books

  • All books are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
    Due to the nature of printed books and our small-batch production model, we are unable to accept returns once books have shipped.
  • If your book arrives damaged, please contact us at shop@dearnicumama.com within 7 days of delivery, and our team will be happy to assist.

Apparel & Made-to-Order Items

Most apparel and merchandise items are made to order, meaning they are produced specifically for you once your order is placed.Because of this:

  • Returns are not accepted
  • Exchanges may be requested for sizing or similar needs
  • Damaged or defective items will always be made right

EXCHANGES

If you would like to request an exchange, please initiate the process within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing shop@dearnicumama.com with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Name
  • Item(s) you’re requesting to exchange
  • Reason for the exchange
  • Item(s) you’d like to exchange for (size, color, etc.)

A member of our team will respond with the return address and next steps. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once your exchange item ships, we will provide you with tracking information. Please allow 7–10 business days for the exchange process.
