The NICU journey can feel isolating, but you are never alone. The Sisterhood Post is a Dear NICU Mama program that connects NICU moms through handwritten messages of encouragement and support.
Each note is written by a fellow NICU sister—a mom who has walked this path and understands the highs, the lows, and the strength it takes. Whether you’re currently in the NICU, navigating life after discharge, or supporting a loved one, a simple note of hope can make all the difference.
Moms can request a note for themselves, or loved ones can send one on their behalf—each one mailed with love for free and funded by the generosity of our community.
How It Works:
Step 1: Submit a Request
A NICU mom or loved one fills out the form to request a letter.
Step 2: We Personalize the Note
Our team thoughtfully writes a handwritten Note of Hope.
Step 3: The Note Arrives
NICU mom receives her note
in the mail, reminding her she is not alone.
